Highlights

Lauren is a freelance writer for Simply Psychology, specializing in health psychology and research methods.

In addition to writing articles for Simply Psychology, Lauren has worked as a healthcare assistant in a care home with over 80 residents.
In 2022, Lauren obtained an MSc in Health Psychology from The University of Nottingham with a distinction classification.

For her independent project, Lauren investigated the barriers and facilitators to the delivery of smoking cessation advice in private dental consultations. While completing her undergraduate degree, Lauren raised £3000 for Mind by taking on the challenge of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.
